You can order our free samples. You only pay $3 for the shipping of five free samples. After you receive our samples, make your pick then place your order through our website or by calling (916) 362-5018.
Quantity
We recommend adding up to 10% in case part of flooring is wasted during installation. Also add 1-2 spare packs in case your flooring gets damaged in time. That way you can easily replace the damaged parts with new ones of same color and tint. Production lines change over time as part of technological process.

Shipping and Handling
After we receive your order you will get an email from us with an online tracking number of your parcel. Shipping is done within 2 working days. Our medium size delivery truck will unload and curb deliver your order to street level using a lift gate. If you live in Sacramento area delivery will be free for. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days for North California, 5 to 7 business days for East Coast and shipping fee depends on your location and can be easily quoted through our website

At the time of delivery
Delivery service will contact you to agree the date of delivery. For the agreed time of delivery someone 18 or older has to be home to accept the order. Check the products carefully on delivery, verify the SKU on the packages and invoice. If you find any disparity – contact us immediately at (916) 362-5018 or by email at info@germanflooring.com. If you find damages – specify them in the bill of landing, take a few pictures, describe and e-mail (info@germanflooring.com) them to us. You should not sign a bill of landing and let the driver leave unless all above mentioned actions are done. In case of damage, German Flooring will communicate with the delivery company or a third party delivery provider to solve your problem ASAP.
